2-18 Refusing to obey track officials while on the track will result in laps being taken away and/or driver being parked for the remainder of the race. 2-19 Speeding in the pits will not be tolerated. 2-20 After driver has drawn for starting position and chooses to drive another car, he/she must start in the rear. No driver will be allowed to change cars during the race. Failing to notify officials of a said change before the race will result in loss of points for that event. 2-21 No work can be done on race cars on the track. All work on race cars must be done in the pit area. 2-22 Pit crews will be able to work on cars during red flags in the pit area only. Any car entering the pits under red or yellow flag conditions, must restart at the rear. 2-23 Track management reserves the right to update, modify, add, or delete rules at any time without prior notification. 2-24 Any infraction of the rules may result in extra weight being added to the car in question to compensate for infraction. 2-25 Track officials and/or management may refuse to allow any driver to compete in any division at their sole discretion. 2-26 Amount of fines will be decided by track management, and person or persons fined will not be allowed on Speedway grounds until fines are settled. 2-27 No crewman is allowed on the racing surface at any time. In the event of a wreck, only emergency personnel and Speedway officials are allowed on the track. Any crew member, family member, or spectator entering the track will be fined. All of this is in the interest of safety. If needed, family members or crewmen will be summoned. 2-28 No driver, car owner, mechanic, or anyone else shall have any claims, damages, expenses or otherwise against the track, its officials or anyone associated with Chandler Motor Speedway. 2-29 Chandler Motor Speedway will not be responsible for vehicles damaged in parking area. 2-30 Injuries received at the track must be reported to an official before leaving the premises. Failure to do so may result in non-payment of insurance claims. All claims must first be submitted to your insurance carrier. 2-31 The official scorer at the Speedway shall be responsible for timing and scoring of all events. Actual rechecks of scoring will not be addressed until after the completion of the night’s program if the scorer feels there’s a need. 2-32 The decision of race officials’ interpretation of rules, scoring, flagging, and race procedures will be final. 2-33 Entrance to restricted areas, such as pits, all persons must sign a waiver form. Anyone under the age of 18, requires a signature from both parents. 2-34 All drivers and car numbers must be registered with the speedway. 2-35 All drivers will be required to purchase a track license, at the track, the first time out for the current racing season. 2-36 Car numbers will be distributed on a first come first served basis to drivers/owners. 2-37 Speedway reserves the right to require modification of the number as displayed by visibility, such as duplicate numbers and/or hard to read numbers. Cars not meeting requirements may not be scored.
