3-11 Do not block pit area at any time and NO speeding in pits. 3-12 If on an initial attempt to start a feature race a driver is involved in an on-track incident and goes into the pits for attention from his/her crew, once the yellow flag has waved, the driver will not be permitted to go back into their regular starting position for a double-file restart. The driver MUST restart from the tail of the field. But for any driver involved in an on-track incident who stops on the front straight-away to have an official look over the car for a flat tire or sheet metal damage, may then return to his/her original starting position for a double-file restart. It is that simple, any car leaving the track and returning will restart on the tail. 3-13 Track official will NOT work on any car on the track. 3-14 No racing back to the yellow flag. Scores will go back to the last completed green flag lap. 3-15 If receiving the black flag go to infield immediately! The black flag will be displayed 2 times, and will result in score card pulled for the event. 3-16 Lapped cars will be given the move over flag, move out of the racing lane safely as soon as possible, not moving over may result in a black flag. 3-17 Drivers to be scored at flag stand. 3-18 Armbands to be worn at all times. Failure to do so will result in the purchase of another. 3-19 All car owners, drivers, and crew members must comply with all safety, general, and race procedures set forth by the speedway. 3-20 Track officials reserve the right to make calls as necessary. 3-21 All drivers must sign in by 7:00p.m. to draw for position. Any driver arriving after this time must notify a track official upon their arrival. They will be placed at the tail of a heat race. 3-22 All drivers are responsible for looking at the race line up, which will be posted on pit board. It is the drivers duty to be in the line up shoot. If not in line up shoot by the time the cars roll off will result in your car starting on the tail. 3-23 The track reserves the right to an inversion for feature races, if needed. 3-24 Track reserves the right to set time limits on any race. 3-25 Minimum of 5 cars in a heat race. (must have 10 cars signed for class to have 2 heats) 3-26 Start of race: green flag the race is on, pass as you wish. 3-26 On a restart of any race, the leader is to pick the pace up after heading out of turn 4, all cars to be nose to tail till you pass the restart cone. If you jump or pass a car before passing the cone will result in a 1 lap penalty. 3-27 All cars must run heat to be qualify to run feature. 3-28 All decisions by track officials are final.
