2-38 Car numbers must be a minimum of 18” H and 3”W on each door and roof. Roof numbers must read from passenger’s side. Numbers must be legible.
2-39 Chandler Motor Speedway retains the rights to reserve a section on the cars to display class sponsors. Location will be top cowl on drivers side!
2-40 Driver/owner is responsible for having their car in safe condition.
2-41 All cars must have an operating starter.
2-42 Any part not complying to rules will result in disqualification of car.
2-43 Track officials may, at their own discretion, on any given night, choose to check any finishing car.
2-44 Anyone who brings a 4-wheeler, all-terrain vehicle, etc. to the Speedway must show valid driver’s license before they are allowed to operate it. Only the person operating the ATV is to be on it. The car number associated with the ATV is to be displayed on the ATV at all times for officials.
2-45 No personal vehicles in pit area.
2-46 All decisions by track officials are final.

Section 3
RACE PROCEDURES
3-1 All green flag starts will be made by the flag man at the cone with the pole car setting the pace.
3-2 Anticipating the start or firing before the green will be considered a penalty, and the offending driver(s) may be put to the rear after two attempts.
3-3 In the event of a caution before the first lap is completed, the field will be lined up for a complete restart in the original order providing there are no penalties to be assessed.
3-4 Any driver coming to a stop during the first lap and in the opinion of the officials has done so deliberately to cause a restart will be put to the rear of the field.
3-5 Any car bringing out two cautions for any reasons will be sent to the pits.
3-6 Chandler Motor Speedway will have a “no judgment caution rule” which means any car that causes a caution to be thrown will be sent to the rear of the field. Unsportsman-like conduct or rough driving will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.
3-7 If a position on the track is in question, the track official will take two attempts to put driver in correct position. Failure to get in line will result in being placed at the rear of field and/or not being scored.
3-8 All cars in every division will be needed to help pack track throughout the year. Please help us with this. Failure to do so will result in loss of practice time.
3-9 Enter track only at turn 4. Exit track off turn 2 through infield and off turn 4. Do not exit directly off turn 4 and do not exit track during racing conditions.
3-10 Leaving track under yellow or red conditions will be allowed, but during feature events only, cars can return to the track if cars have not yet begun green flag racing and at turn-4 official’s discretion. All cars returning to an event will start on the tail.
